Project Role Description :

Function as primary contact for technology work at each account. Integrate technology contracts and engagements at the client. Leverage all technology offerings to expand the scope of technology work at the account (up-sell/cross-sell). Create the technology account plan and get the right people involved to maximize the opportunity and build the account.

15 years full time educationSummary: As a Technology Account Lead, you will serve as the primary contact for technology initiatives at each assigned account. Your typical day will involve integrating technology contracts and engagements, collaborating with various stakeholders, and leveraging technology offerings to enhance the scope of work. You will be responsible for creating a comprehensive technology account plan, ensuring that the right individuals are engaged to maximize opportunities and foster account growth. Your role will require strategic thinking and effective communication to align technology solutions with client needs, ultimately driving success for both the client and the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Candidate with In-depth S/4 HANA platform Experience across multiple functions with expertise in one or multiple industries. - Must have experience in delivery execution of complex SAP engagements and solutioning, orchestrating of RFP/Proposals in various capacities like Solution Architect, Subject Matter Experts in Collaboration with multiple teams. - Must have proven client facing skills who can set the client discussion narratives with all levels of client business participants. From delivery perspective - candidate must have ability to foresee execution risks (e.g., resource risks, skills limitations) and plan mitigation accordingly and should the project end to end from offshore. -Delivery Lead; Strategic Planning; Pre-sales; P&L responsibility. End-to-end S/4 HANA implementation experience; Techno-functional upgrade experience; support and enhancements. - Project Management; Program Management; Managing accounts across industries; end-to-end delivery of projects. - Sales support, planning & improving the service delivery mechanism, SLA & escalation management, customer satisfaction, profitability management. - Large-sized team handling experience. - Good balance between Infrastructure and Application. - Skilled in evaluation of current state analysis, defining systems strategy, developing system requirements, designing/ prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures and implementation. - Expertise in problem resolution coupled with strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate regular meetings to ensure alignment and progress across teams. - Mentor junior professionals to enhance their skills and knowledge in technology account management. Professional & Technical Skills: - Strong expertise in SAP PP and S/4HANA with a deep understanding of configuration, process design, and integration with other modules (MM, SD, WM). - Experience in developing and optimizing PP code for performance. In-depth knowledge of discrete manufacturing processes, including material planning, production scheduling, capacity planning, and quality control. - Strong project management skills, with experience in leading complex SAP implementations, upgrades, or migrations. - Proven ability to lead change management efforts, including training, support, and communication strategies. - Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, leveraging SAP S/4HANA tools to drive business outcomes. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to interact with executive leadership and technical teams alike. - Knowledge of SAP Fiori and UI5 development. - Hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP Cloud Platform integration services. - Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Process Industries. - Strong understanding of technology integration and account management strategies. - Experience in developing and executing technology account plans. - Ability to analyze client needs and propose tailored technology solutions. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse teams and stakeholders. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Process Industries. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
