THE ROLE

OPPORTUNITIES

• You will identify in advance the documentation needs, based on the product release schedule
• You will work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and the documentation requirements.
• You will gather more information from reading reports and directly using the product.
• You will analyze existing and potential content, focusing on reuse and single-sourcing opportunities.
• You will build and maintain business and technical documentation guides using MadCap Flare.
• You will communicate information and ideas clearly and concisely in writing.
• You will perform quality checks on other deliverables and ensure the quality of your own work before publishing.
• You will publish documentation in correspondence with established guidelines.
• You will create user journeys for Temenos products.
  

Skills

• 4 to 7 Years of Technical Writing Experince.
• You should have a bachelor’s/master’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• You should have proven working experience in technical writing of software documentation.
• You should have the ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures.
• You should have possessed excellent written skills in English to be able to communicate clearly and concisely with a keen eye for document design.
• You should have good working knowledge of MS Office applications and also MadCap Flare, HTML, and CSS.
• You should be a self-starter and have the ability to work independently.
• You should be flexible/adaptable with the ability to set and manage multiple priorities.
• You should have excellent written and oral communication skills.
