As a Technical Writer at Fiserv, you will play a crucial role in ensuring product quality and regulatory adherence by collaborating with product, engineering, and compliance teams. Standardizing and templatizing SOPs and process documentation will be essential to ensure consistency, scalability, and ease of use. Additionally, you will support knowledge management initiatives, identify content gaps, and propose improvements to enhance documentation alignment with internal standards and regulatory requirements. Being a bridge between multiple functions, including QA, technology, product, and compliance teams, is a critical aspect of the role. You will also have the opportunity to mentor junior team members and contribute to a culture of quality and knowledge sharing. A Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or a related field is required for this position, along with proven experience with QA tools and documentation platforms such as JIRA, Selenium, Postman, Confluence, Markdown, and Git. Experience working cross-functionally, building strong relationships across departments, and possessing excellent written and verbal communication skills are highly valued. You should have the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, distill complex processes into clear, actionable documentation, and demonstrate meticulous attention to detail in QA and documentation tasks.
