Lead network architecture discussions with customers and partners Assist customers with design and deployment based on best practices Collaborate with customer networking and cloud teams Work with partners/customers on architecture, design, and deployment Conduct trainings and whiteboard sessions for customers and partners Create design and architecture best practices and guidelines Provide technical support for our customers Own customer success on key accounts from adoption and expansion perspective Work with Alkira product management team to provide feedback on upcoming features from the customer s lens Track and drive key customer features/asks with Alkira product management to implementation Minimum Requirements: 5+ years of overall experience Strong cloud and networking fundamentals Minimum 3+ years of consulting experience advising customers Minimum 1 year experience on cloud solutions architecture and design Technical hands-on experience designing hybrid and public cloud infrastructure Networking background in the routing technologies and security Experience using cloud automation and orchestration tools Experience in large-scale network designing/deployment is a plus Strong passion for sales and creating long-lasting professional relationships Flexibility to travel Relevant Technical certifications are a plus Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Develop high-quality documentation for services and features, including, but not limited to, user guides, blogs, UI text and internal and external how-to deployment guides. Ability to develop customer facing documentation from highly technical product requirements and engineering feature documents. Work closely with engineering, customer support, product management, and other stakeholders to gather information, develop documentation for a targeted audience Conduct thorough research and analysis of technical information to ensure documentation is accurate, comprehensive, and up-to date . Maintain content for and manage multiple projects simultaneously, learn the products, work as an integral part of the product team. Review and edit documentation created by other team members to ensure consistency, clarity, and adherence to company standards. Ensure all documentation is user-friendly and tailored to the needs of the target audience, including both technical and non-technical users. Prepare content for online delivery and publishing.
