About the Role

Technical Team Lead

Key Responsibilities

Front-End Development

• Design and develop responsive user interfaces using

  React.js, HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap/Tailwind

  for seamless user experiences.
• Build reusable and modular UI components with a focus on

  performance, accessibility, and scalability

  .
• Implement state management solutions (

  Redux / Context API

  ) for efficient data flow.
• Optimize front-end performance with

  lazy loading, code splitting, and minimal render times

  .
• Integrate

  RESTful APIs / GraphQL

  with the front-end.
• Use testing frameworks (

  Jest, React Testing Library

  ) for component reliability.
• Follow version control best practices with

  Git / GitLab

  .

Back-End Development

• Build and maintain server-side logic using

  Node.js, Express.js

  .
• Design and implement RESTful APIs for communication between client and server.
• Manage databases (

  MongoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL

  ) including schema design, queries, and optimization.
• Implement authentication & authorization (

  JWT, OAuth

  ).
• Ensure application security with proper

  data validation, sanitization, and secure storage

  .
• Optimize server performance through

  caching, load balancing, and asynchronous processing

  .
• Write unit and integration tests (

  Mocha, Chai, Jest

  ) to maintain code quality.
• Manage deployment pipelines and cloud services (

  AWS, Docker, Heroku

  ).

API Integration

• Develop and integrate

  RESTful APIs

  for smooth system communication.
• Work with

  third-party APIs and services

  .

Testing & Debugging

• Conduct unit and integration testing to ensure system reliability.
• Debug and optimize both

  front-end and back-end

  code.

Code Reviews & Documentation

• Participate in

  code reviews

  to maintain best practices.
• Prepare and maintain

  technical documentation, workflows, and processes

  .

Preferred Skills

• Languages:

  JavaScript (ES6), TypeScript (preferred)

• Front-End:

  React.js, Redux, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap/Tailwind

• Back-End:

  Node.js, Express.js

• Databases:

  MongoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL

• Tools & Platforms:

  Git, GitHub, Postman, Docker (basic knowledge preferred), AWS (or equivalent)

• Testing:

  Jest, Mocha, Chai (or similar frameworks)

• Soft Skills:

  Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, attention to detail, team management, and time management.

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in

  Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

  .
• Certifications in

  Full Stack Development

  or relevant technologies (optional but advantageous).

Requirements

• Proven experience as a

  Team Lead / Senior Developer / Technical Lead

  .
• Hands-on experience in both

  front-end and back-end development

  .
• Strong ability to mentor and guide technical team members.
