Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Kolkata Area. The Technical Team Lead will be responsible for leading and managing teams, overseeing software development projects, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring project goals are met effectively. The individual will also collaborate with cross-functional teams, guide project progress, and facilitate clear communication to achieve successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Team Management and Team Leadership to guide and support diverse members
• Experience in Troubleshooting and Software Development for solving complex technical issues and building solutions
• Expertise in Project Management to oversee project timelines, resource allocation, and deliverables
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Experience in an on-site team leadership role is preferred

Relevant Experience Required: 10+ Years

Hands-on expertise in development in C# and .NET Framework 4.8

Proven experience with WinForms application development.

Strong knowledge and practical experience with Infragistics controls for UI-rich desktop applications.

Proficiency in Active Reports for building dynamic and complex reporting solutions.

Solid understanding of SQL Server including query optimization, stored procedures, and database design.

Strong debugging, problem-solving, and performance tuning skills.

Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with US based team/client
