Technical Pre Sales and Post Sales Consultant – Questa Software Systems Pvt. Ltd.

Position: Technical Pre Sales and Post Sales Consultant

· Location: On-site, Mumbai Metropolitan Region

· Employment Type: Full-time

· Required Experience: 2-5 years in a relevant technical pre-sales, post-sales, or consulting role.

Key Responsibilities

· Deliver technical support and outstanding customer service throughout the sales lifecycle.

· Assist sales teams by conducting technical consultations and identifying client requirements.

· Develop tailored solutions to address client needs and present products/services effectively.

· Ensure customer satisfaction post-sales via troubleshooting and technical issue resolution.

· Participate in solution implementation, training, deployment, and continuous after-sales support.

Desired Experience & Skills

· Experience and technical skills relevant to one or more of these roles:

· Azure Solution Architect: Deep knowledge of Azure services, experience in designing/implementing scalable solutions, security & compliance, performance/cost optimization, assessments, and strategic client guidance.

· MWS Pre Sales and Post Sales Consultant: Expertise in pre-sales (needs analysis, solution proposal, persuasive presentations) and post-sales (client onboarding, training, ongoing support). Strong communication and relationship management required.

· Cybersecurity Pre Sales and Post Sales Consultant: Ability to propose, explain, deploy, and implement robust cybersecurity solutions, along with delivering training and ongoing support.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
