Job Description

CRM & Marketing Automation Executive

We are seeking a CRM & Marketing Automation Executive to manage and optimize multi-channel CRM communications, including WhatsApp, Email, SMS, and automated lead nurturing workflows. The role focuses on improving lead engagement, follow-ups, and conversion efficiency through structured automation, campaigns, and data-driven optimization.

Key Responsibilities

CRM Automation & Lead Management

  • Configure and optimize CRM workflows, lead stages, scoring, and automation rules
  • Manage auto-assignments, follow-up reminders, escalation alerts
  • Ensure real-time lead syncing from ads, forms, website, and walk-ins

WhatsApp Marketing

  • Execute WhatsApp campaigns via CRM or WhatsApp Business API
  • Manage templates, broadcasts, drip campaigns, and nurturing flows
  • Track delivery, engagement, replies, and opt-outs
  • Coordinate real-time lead handoffs with admissions teams

Email Marketing & Automation

  • Plan and run email campaigns for admissions, webinars, and updates
  • Build automated journeys for new, cold, and applicant leads
  • Maintain segmentation, hygiene, opt-ins, and compliance
  • Track opens, CTRs, and conversions

SMS Marketing

  • Set up bulk and trigger-based SMS automation
  • Manage reminders, alerts, and deadline notifications
  • Monitor delivery and targeting accuracy

Campaign Planning & Reporting

  • Plan and execute integrated WhatsApp, Email, and SMS campaigns
  • Maintain a campaign calendar aligned with admissions cycles
  • Generate CRM and campaign performance reports
  • Analyze metrics, identify drop-offs, and optimize workflows

Data Quality & Compliance

  • Maintain CRM data accuracy, hygiene, and de-duplication
  • Ensure data privacy, consent, and communication compliance

Tools & Platforms

  • CRMs: LeadSquared, Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, Freshsales
  • WhatsApp APIs: WATI, AiSensy, DoubleTick
  • Email & SMS tools integrated with CRM
  • Google Sheets / Excel for reporting

Qualifications & Skills

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, IT, Business, or related field
  • 2–5 years experience in CRM operations or marketing automation
  • Strong expertise in WhatsApp, Email, and SMS workflows
  • Experience in education/admissions or high-volume lead environments preferred
  • Skills in CRM automation, campaign analytics, lead nurturing, and cross-team coordination

Compensation & Employment Terms

  • The selected candidate will undergo a 3-month trainee with a monthly stipend of ₹10,000.
  • Upon successful completion and confirmation, the monthly salary will be revised to ₹17,500 based on performance and role fit.
