Technical Support Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer queries via phone, email, chat, or support tickets.
• Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for HomeMate smart home products.
• Guide customers through installation, configuration, and issue resolution processes.
• Track, manage, and resolve support tickets using the CRM system.
• Escalate complex issues to higher-level support or engineering teams as needed.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved.
• Contribute to knowledge base articles and FAQs to help reduce repeat queries.
• Uphold the HomeMate brand image by delivering exceptional support experiences.

Requirements:

• 0–3 years of experience in technical/customer support or a related field.
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Basic understanding of smart home devices, IoT, or networking concepts is a plus.
• Ability to stay calm and patient in challenging situations.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and ticketing systems is an advantage.
• Fluency in English and [other regional languages if required].

Preferred Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electronics, Computer Science, or related field.
• Prior experience in a tech or IoT-based customer support role.
