Key Responsibilities

Manage product listings, catalog uploads, and updates on Amazon, Flipkart, and Q-Commerce platforms
Coordinate with marketplace account managers and internal teams to ensure compliance and listing accuracy
Monitor order processing, inventory levels, and returns
Analyze platform performance reports and optimize listings accordingly
Resolve operational issues related to listings, payments, or logistics
Run and track promotional campaigns and discounts
Work closely with warehouse/logistics to ensure timely deliveries

🎯

Required Skills & Experience

1–3 years of experience in e-commerce account management
Hands-on experience with
Amazon Vendor Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Zepto, Blinkit, etc.
Strong understanding of listing optimization, SEO, and pricing strategy
Analytical mindset with strong Excel skills
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Bachelor's degree preferred
