E-commerce Associate

About The Role

• Assist in coordinating projects, tasks, and team deliverables
• Help with website or platform-related updates such as domain setup, minor website edits, and other basic technical tasks
• Conduct QA checks for new landing pages, features, or marketing creatives
• Maintain and organize digital assets, reports, and documentation
• Coordinate and schedule marketing activities such as email campaigns, SMS, and promotions
• Assist with job postings, scheduling booking calls with candidates, and related admin tasks
• Pull and organize performance reports for marketing and website analytics
• Conduct research on competitors, market trends, and campaign ideas
• Provide general administrative and VA-style support to help streamline overall operations
  

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in eCommerce operations, digital marketing, or as a VA supporting online businesses
• Familiarity with Shopify, WooCommerce, or other eCommerce platforms is a plus
• Basic understanding of marketing tools such as Klaviyo, Meta Ads Manager, or Google Analytics
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Bonus: Canva, Photoshop, or basic HTML/CSS experience
