We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Technical Support Executive to join our support team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer queries and issues related to our smart home products through telephonic and digital channels. Your goal will be to resolve technical problems efficiently, ensure high customer satisfaction, and represent the HomeMate brand positively. Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer queries via phone, email, chat, or support tickets. Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for HomeMate smart home products. Guide customers through installation, configuration, and issue resolution processes. Track, manage, and resolve support tickets using the CRM system. Escalate complex issues to higher-level support or engineering teams as needed. Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions. Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved. Contribute to knowledge base articles and FAQs to help reduce repeat queries. Uphold the HomeMate brand image by delivering exceptional support experiences. Requirements: 0–3 years of experience in technical/customer support or a related field. Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written). Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities. Basic understanding of smart home devices, IoT, or networking concepts is a plus. Ability to stay calm and patient in challenging situations. Proficiency in using CRM tools and ticketing systems is an advantage. Fluency in English and [other regional languages if required]. Preferred Qualifications: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electronics, Computer Science, or related field. Prior experience in a tech or IoT-based customer support role.
