Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer queries via phone, email, chat, or support tickets. Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for HomeMate smart home products. Guide customers through installation, configuration, and issue resolution processes. Track, manage, and resolve support tickets using the CRM system. Escalate complex issues to higher-level support or engineering teams as needed. Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
