Technical Support Executive

Key Responsibilities :

Provide technical support to customers via calls, emails, WhatsApp, and remote access tools.

Troubleshoot software-related issues and offer step-by-step solutions.

Conduct online and on-site product demos for clients and explain features in a simple, clear manner.

Coordinate with the sales and development team for escalations and customer requirements.

Assist clients during software installation, configuration, and initial setup.

Maintain proper documentation of support issues, demo schedules, and client feedback.

Follow up with clients to ensure smooth usage of the software after the demo.

Prepare daily/weekly activity reports and update CRM or ticketing tools regularly.

Ensure a polite, professional, and service-driven approach with every customer interaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree (preferably in IT/Computer Science or any technical field).

0–3 years of experience in technical support or software demo roles.

Strong understanding of basic IT concepts, troubleshooting, and software usage.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to handle multiple clients and prioritize tasks professionally.

Patience, problem-solving attitude, and willingness to learn.

Preferred Skills :

Experience in SaaS/software product support.

Knowledge of CRM tools, remote support tools, or screen-sharing platforms.

Basic understanding of SQL or database concepts (added advantage).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
