Job Description

Key Responsibilities: · Manage the implementation of Distribution Management Software (DMS) which is connected with Sales Force Automation (SFA) tools. · Ensure smooth and efficient integration of DMS & SFA with existing systems. · Familiar with integration (API) with different software. · Ensure data quality by continuously monitoring processes and usage of DMS & SFA. · Identify and remove system inefficiencies to maintain high standards of data accuracy and reliability. · Work within the Sales IT analytics division to leverage data insights for improving sales performance. · Utilize analytics to track sales metrics and optimize sales processes. · Identify and propose new technology-led solutions to enhance business operations. · Provide training and support to users for effective utilization of DMS & SFA. · Experience in a similar role within the IT industry. · Familiarity with other sales and distribution management software. · Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively. · Knowledge of trade Schemes and Landing pricing · Knowledge of Claim Management. Required Skills: · Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. · Minimum of 2 years of experience in handling the implementation of DMS and SFA tools. · Strong analytical skills with the ability to monitor data quality and system performance. · Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and implement effective solutions. · Good communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. · Knowledge of the latest technology trends and solutions in the field of sales and distribution management. · Advance Excel and MIS Skills.
