Job Description

We’re seeking a strategic and hands-on Business Analyst/Product Manager to lead the roadmap and delivery of an AI-powered knowledge management platform.In this role, you’ll work closely with the Head of AI and cross-functional business stakeholders to define, plan, and execute the product vision. You’ll play a crucial role in translating complex business needs into structured product requirements and ensuring seamless execution by the tech teams.

🔍 What You’ll Do

Collaborate with senior business leaders and AI teams to define the product roadmap and strategic direction.
Create detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and user stories.
Bridge the gap between business objectives and technical execution, ensuring clarity, timelines, and quality.
Oversee feature prioritisation, delivery planning, and progress tracking for AI-driven initiatives.
Evaluate new ideas, market trends, and emerging technologies to help evolve the platform.
Coordinate with design, engineering, and QA teams for smooth product rollouts.

🎯 What We’re Looking For

6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Manager in a consulting or technology-led environment.
Strong understanding of AI, automation, or knowledge management systems (preferred).
Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders, prioritise deliverables, and communicate effectively at all levels.
Experience defining clear documentation, workflows, and measurable success criteria.
A structured thinker with a knack for translating complex business problems into actionable solutions.
