Job Summary

Join Bluphlux as a Product Manager and lead the development of cutting-edge recruitment solutions powered by Language Models (LLMs). You will play a pivotal role in shaping our innovative products that transform traditional hiring methods into efficient, smart, and effective processes.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with Bluphluxs strategic goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and marketing to deliver high-quality products.
Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to inform product development and enhancements.
Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap, prioritizing features based on business and customer impact.
Monitor product performance and iterate on features to improve user experience and satisfaction.
Communicate product updates and progress to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.

Required Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role in a tech-driven environment.
Strong understanding of AI and machine learning technologies, particularly in recruitment or HR tech.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.

Preferred Skills

Experience with Language Models (LLMs) and their application in recruitment.
Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
