Job Description

Technical Support Associate

Location: On-site | Open Positions: 4 | Age: 22–28 years

We are hiring Technical Support Associates for a technology project. Candidates should have basic technical knowledge, strong English communication, and a customer-first approach.

Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level technical support via call/chat/email
  • Troubleshoot basic hardware & software issues
  • Document cases and follow standard procedures
  • Escalate unresolved issues to senior teams
  • Maintain customer satisfaction and SLA compliance

Requirements

  • Basic understanding of computers & operating systems
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • 0–2 years of experience (freshers can apply)
  • Graduate/Diploma in IT or related field (preferred)
  • Office-based role; willingness to work in shifts if needed

Nice to Have

  • Prior tech support or BPO experience
  • Familiarity with commonly used IT hardware/software

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
