Technical Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolve customer queries related to

    Adobe Connect Hosted Services

    (access, audio/video issues, recordings, etc.).
  • Troubleshoot and guide users through configuration and usage.
  • Handle inbound support cases via

    chat, email

    , or

    phone

    .
  • Escalate complex issues to

    Tier 2

    support.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify emerging issues and share feedback.
  • Help maintain

    knowledge base articles

    and

    FAQs

    .

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 1+ year

    of experience in

    technical support

    or

    customer service

    (preferably in a

    SaaS

    environment).
  • Strong

    verbal and written communication skills

    .
  • Familiarity with

    web conferencing technologies

    , browsers, operating systems (Windows/macOS), and

    network troubleshooting

    .
  • Ability to work in

    rotational shifts

    and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with

    Adobe Connect

    or similar web conferencing platforms.
  • Basic knowledge of

    networking
