Technical Support Engineer

What will you do:

● Be the first line of support for our customers - responding to queries, resolving bugs, and ensuring smooth use of the UnifyApps platform.

● Troubleshoot technical issues by analyzing logs, replicating scenarios, and debugging in real time.

● Collaborate closely with our engineering, product, and QA teams to solve complex problems and suggest product improvements.

● Prevent ticket escalations by delivering high-quality, timely resolutions and educate users when deeper explanations are needed.

● Contribute to our internal knowledge base, FAQs, and troubleshooting guides to help scale support.

● Own your product area, stay updated on new features, and be a subject matter expert for our users.

● Command Centre & Monitoring: Monitor platform health through command centre dashboards, proactively identifying and addressing potential issues before customer impact.

● Incident Management: Serve as first responder for production incidents, coordinating cross-team resolution efforts and documenting root causes for continuous improvement.

● Alerts & Notifications: Triage and respond to system alerts, optimize alert configurations, and maintain escalation procedures to ensure rapid issue resolution.

What makes you qualified?

● 0-1 years of experience in technical support, debugging, or enterprise software

● Strong communication skills - you can break down complex problems simply.

● Hands-on experience or knowledge of tools like Kafka, StarRocks, Graylog, API Browsers, Curl, and query analyzers.

● Knowledge of databases like MongoDB or MySQL is a plus.

● Self-starter mindset, strong team player, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation Details:

● CTC- Upto INR 8 Lacs per annum (Fixed).

● In addition to the fixed CTC, INR 5 Lacs of Medical Insurance cover (Premium borne by the company).
