Qualifications

• B.E. / B.Tech in

  Electronics / Electrical / Mechanical

  Engineering

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with the

  Global Tech Ops team

  and act as the primary point of contact for technical support and client enquiries
• Ensure

  maximum serviceability

  of machines deployed across multiple geographical business units
• Track service engineers and plan schedules for

  demos, deployments, and preventive maintenance

• Anchor and oversee

  demo, deployment, and fault rectification

  of overseas robots, including on-site support when required
• Manage and adhere to

  strict TATs

  for ticket closures
• Provide

  daily status updates

  to the reporting manager covering pending faults, planning, spares, dispatches, and support needs
• Collaborate with

  software and hardware teams

  to enhance system performance and functionality
• Maintain up-to-date

  technical documentation

  , including configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides
• Stay informed on

  industry best practices

  and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
• Enable effective

  knowledge transfer

  to field service engineers to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and reduced remote interventions
• Share client feedback and operational insights with

  product development and relevant stakeholders

  to improve future robotics solutions

Experience & Skills

• Minimum

  2+ years of experience

  as a Technical Operations Engineer or in a similar role
• Prior exposure to

  robotics, automation, or advanced machinery

  is preferred
• Knowledge of

  Linux operating systems

  is an added advantage
• Strong understanding of

  Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

• Familiarity with

  robotics and automation regulations and standards

  applicable in Europe and the USA
• Ability to work as per

  Europe and USA time zones

• Valid

  Indian passport

  ; Schengen and USA visa will be an added advantage
• Excellent

  spoken and written English

  communication skills
• Strong interpersonal, customer service, and stakeholder management skills
• Demonstrated leadership qualities with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
• High adaptability and comfort working in fast-paced, dynamic environments
