Job Title: Technical Support Engineer Location: Gurugram, Haryana Experience: 1 year Job Type: Full-Time About the Role We are looking for a proactive and technically sound Technical Support Engineer to join our CPaaS (Communication Platform as a Service) support team. You’ll be the first line of defense for customers, helping them troubleshoot, integrate, and succeed with our SMS, Voice, Email, WhatsApp, RCS, and API services. Key Responsibilities Provide hands-on technical support for CPaaS services, including SMS, Voice, and Messaging APIs. Troubleshoot and resolve API integration issues for clients using tools like Postman, curl, or similar. Act as the communication bridge between customers and internal engineering teams for advanced technical problems. Monitor service performance and escalate incidents promptly when anomalies are detected. Document customer interactions, reported issues, and resolutions using tools like Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, and AnyDesk. Support new client onboarding with technical setup, configuration, and integration guidance. Use basic Linux skills for log analysis, file permission checks, and command-line issue resolution. Apply foundational networking knowledge (IP, DNS, HTTP, TCP/UDP, firewalls, etc.) to debug connectivity or communication issues. What We’re Looking For 6 months-1.5 years of experience in technical support, application support, or a similar role. Familiarity with APIs, Postman, RESTful services, and webhooks. Working knowledge of Linux/Unix (basic command-line usage, log analysis, permissions). Basic understanding of networking concepts (DNS, IP addressing, HTTP, ports, firewalls). Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Good communication skills. Comfortable using remote support tools and collaborative platforms. Why Join Us?
