Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive (CPaaS & Social Media Specialist) Location: Gurugram, Haryana Department: Marketing/Inside Sales Experience: 1-3 years Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive with hands-on experience in social media marketing and digital campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing multichannel marketing campaigns across CPaaS mediums, managing our social media presence and running paid ads on social media platforms. Key Responsibilities: Paid Social Media Advertising: Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, Twitter, Google Ads etc. for lead generation and brand awareness. Develop audience targeting strategies and creative concepts for regular ads optimization. CPaaS Campaign Management: Plan, design, and execute marketing campaigns via SMS, Voice, Email, WhatsApp, and RCS. Segment audiences and personalize campaigns to increase engagement and conversion. Social Media Management: Manage posting and engagement across all social media channels. Create engaging and brand-consistent content (text, image, video) in collaboration with the graphics team. Monitor social trends and customer interactions to shape strategy and improve brand presence. Reporting & Analysis: Prepare regular performance reports and dashboards covering both CPaaS and social media campaigns. Use insights to recommend improvements and inform future strategy on a regular basis. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 1+ years of experience in digital marketing. Proven experience managing social media accounts and running paid social campaigns. Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads and similar tools.
