Job Title: Sales Executive – Credit Cards Location: Gurgaon Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. This role is focused on promoting and selling credit card and loan products to potential customers, as well as handling customer queries via email and chat. The ideal candidate will be skilled in communication, have a strong understanding of financial products, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment. Key Responsibilities: Sales: Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell credit card products. Present and explain the benefits, features, and terms of credit card offerings to prospective customers. Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate credit card options. Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Email & Chat Handling: Respond promptly to customer inquiries and requests received via email and chat platforms. Provide detailed information on credit card products, including application processes, eligibility criteria, fees, and benefits. Ensure timely follow-up with customers via email and chat to resolve queries and close sales. Handle customer complaints, feedback, and provide solutions in a professional manner through both email and chat. Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and update customer records and interactions in the CRM system. Track and report on sales progress, customer interactions, and feedback. Product Knowledge & Training: Stay up to date on the latest credit card products, industry trends, and promotions. Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales skills. Compliance & Quality Standards: Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations during all customer interactions. Follow established scripts and guidelines for telecalling and chat interactions. Ensure that all communication is clear, accurate, and professional. Qualifications: Education: Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent. A bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory. Experience: Previous experience in telecalling, sales, or customer support, preferably in the financial services industry (credit cards, loans, etc.). Experience with email and chat handling in a customer support role is a plus. Skills & Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills (both verbal and written). Ability to handle customer queries and objections effectively. Customer-focused with a passion for sales and meeting targets. Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently. Proficiency in using CRM systems, MS Office, and chat/email software. Good understanding of credit card products and financial services is a plus. Additional Requirements: Comfortable working in a target-driven environment. Ability to work flexible hours as per business needs. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
