Stay informed on market trends, competitive products, and customer feedback , and share insights with leadership for product and strategy development. Negotiate and close contracts , ensuring alignment with customer goals and company objectives. Work closely with the marketing team to identify industry events, conferences and promotional opportunities. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Business , or a related field. Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience , preferably in the water, wastewater, or industrial process sectors . Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets . Strong understanding of wastewater treatment technologies and the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively. Proficient in CRM platforms and sales reporting tools. Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills. Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management abilities. Willingness to travel to client sites and industry events as needed. Nice to have: Experience selling SaaS or digital solutions within the environmental or utility sectors.
