Role & responsibilities Drive the achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets . Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and increase market share. Identify, engage, and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in the water and wastewater treatment industry. Deliver persuasive product presentations and proposals that clearly communicate the value of PureBI Digitization SaaS. Provide end-to-end customer support, addressing inquiries and needs throughout the sales cycle . Monitor and manage the sales pipeline , maintain accurate forecasting , and track all sales activities using CRM tools. Stay informed on market trends, competitive products, and customer feedback , and share insights with leadership for product and strategy development. Negotiate and close contracts , ensuring alignment with customer goals and company objectives. Work closely with the marketing team to identify industry events, conferences and promotional opportunities. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Business , or a related field. Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience , preferably in the water, wastewater, or industrial process sectors . Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets . Strong understanding of wastewater treatment technologies and the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively. Proficient in CRM platforms and sales reporting tools. Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills. Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management abilities. Willingness to travel to client sites and industry events as needed. Nice to have: Experience selling SaaS or digital solutions within the environmental or utility sectors. Existing network of contacts in municipal or industrial water treatment markets. Technical Sales Executive: Technically sound fresher (Environmental or Chemical Engineer) who has strong communication skills and an interest in building a career in sales, marketing, and client engagement for industrial wastewater treatment technologies. Job Type: Full-Time, On Site with Intensive Travelling. Role & responsibilities Track and follow up on sales leads and enquiries. Participate in customer meetings, calls, and video conferences to present BPCs technologies. Support marketing activities, including the creation of case studies, brochures, and pitch decks. Assist in preparing technical and commercial proposals, presentations, and tender documents. Conduct site visits to industrial facilities, refineries, and client locations. Actively support sales efforts by understanding client requirements and aligning solutions. Coordinate internally with the technical & design teams to ensure timely & accurate proposal submissions. Maintain and update client records, proposal trackers, and meeting summaries. Travel as necessary for client feedback and demos, technical discussions, or trade shows Preferred candidate profile Qualification: B. Tech/B.E. in Environmental or Chemical Engineering. MBA will be plus point (Good to Have) Experience: 0-1 year (fresher) Relevant Industrial knowledge will be plus point. Confident in client-facing discussions and remote interactions. Must have excellent English communication, documentation, and presentation skills. Enthusiastic to work across engineering + commercial tasks. Willing to travel to client/industrial locations across India. Any experience with Wastewater Treatment will be considered a bonus.
