What You'll Do:

• Lead the formulation of technical strategies and architectural frameworks for STAEDEAN solutions. This involves a comprehensive analysis of functionality, careful consideration of advantages and disadvantages, and the determination of the most optimized approach.
• Produce high-quality solution design documentation to effectively communicate architectural decisions, ensuring clarity and alignment with Product Roadmap.
• Identify opportunities for enhancement and elevate STAEDEAN solutions to new heights, emphasizing technical scalability and performance optimization.
• Keep abreast of current and emerging technologies, advocating for their adoption when beneficial for To-Increase products success.
• Drive innovation by spearheading proof-of-concept projects and providing strategic guidance to product development initiatives.
• Oversee code reviews to ensure adherence to quality standards and maintain the overall integrity and structure of the codebase.
• Maintain proactive communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any concerns.

What You Need to Be Successful:

• 10+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft technologies, with deep expertise in D365; experience with data integration solutions is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with Azure AI and Microsoft Copilot is a plus.
• Strong commitment to continuous learning, professional growth, and staying up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
• A proactive, positive mindset with a “can-do” approach that fosters collaboration and effective problem-solving.
• Exceptional communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
