OPEN POSITION FORM Title : QA Lead Exp : 10 -12 Years Location : Pune, Bangalore Job Description & Responsibilities : We are seeking an experienced QA Lead to lead our Quality Assurance function, overseeing a team of QA team members. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in test automation and will drive quality improvements across our product suite. This role requires a strategic mindset to define QA best practices, mentor teams, and ensure high-quality, timely deliverables for enterprise web applications built on .NET, SQL, and our next-generation .NET Core, Angular, SQL, MongoDB, Microservices, and Agentic AI-based architecture. Lead, mentor, and manage QA teams to ensure consistent quality delivery across multiple products. Define and implement QA strategy, standards, and best practices with a strong focus on test automation. Collaborate closely with development, product, and architecture teams to integrate shift-left testing and improve overall SDLC quality. Drive test automation initiatives across web and API layers using modern automation frameworks and tools. Oversee QA planning for our solution re-write initiatives (microservices, agentic AI, and modern tech stack). Ensure adherence to SLAs, proactive defect prevention, and root cause analysis for production issues. Build a strong quality culture, including continuous learning, cross-training, and process improvements. Evaluate and recommend new QA tools, automation frameworks, and AI-based testing solutions. CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTSEducation BE, B. Tech, M. Tech in Computer Science or equivalent. Certifications Knowledge of Automation Testing. Knowledge of API Testing Postman. Knowledge of Azure Devops. Knowledge of CICD. Knowledge of Cloud Services. Knowledge of Load Testing. Knowledge of Mongo DB. Knowledge of Performance Testing. Knowledge of Selenium Java. Knowledge of SQL. Knowledge of .Net. Knowledge of .Net Core. Knowledge of Angular. Work Experience 10 to 12 years of experience as a QA Lead. Experience in Airlines or travel domain is a plus. Skills Bachelor degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Proven experience managing large QA teams and multiple team leads. Strong expertise in test automation frameworks (Selenium, Playwright, etc.), API testing (Postman, etc.), load and performance testing. Experience with web applications built on .NET and SQL Server; exposure to .NET Core, Angular, MongoDB, and Microservices is a strong plus. Hands-on understanding of CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated testing into build processes (Azure DevOps). Strong understanding of QA metrics, defect RCA, and process improvement methodologies. Exposure to AI-based testing tools is desirable. Familiarity with cloud-based testing setups will be a plus. Experience working in travel and transportation domain will be a plus.
