The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in test automation and will drive quality improvements across our product suite. This role requires a strategic mindset to define QA best practices, mentor teams, and ensure high-quality, timely deliverables for enterprise web applications built on .NET, SQL, and our next-generation .NET Core, Angular, SQL, MongoDB, Microservices, and Agentic AI-based architecture. Lead, mentor, and manage QA teams to ensure consistent quality delivery across multiple products. Define and implement QA strategy, standards, and best practices with a strong focus on test automation. Drive test automation initiatives across web and API layers using modern automation frameworks and tools. Oversee QA planning for our solution re-write initiatives (microservices, agentic AI, and modern tech stack). Ensure adherence to SLAs, proactive defect prevention, and root cause analysis for production issues. Build a strong quality culture, including continuous learning, cross-training, and process improvements. Evaluate and recommend new QA tools, automation frameworks, and AI-based testing solutions. Job Title: Technical Solution Architect Job Summary - A hands-on technology leader responsible for driving AI| LLM proof-of-concepts across all airline business units such as passengers, ferry services, operations, etc. This role bridges technical expertise with ongoing project objectives, ensuring end-to-end design, deployment, and optimization of scalable, secure, and business-aligned AI systems. The ideal candidate will bring a strong mix of cloud architecture, AI/ML engineering and system design, and hands-on innovation in a hybrid cloud and agentic AI environment. Key Responsibilities :- • Architect the design of AI and LLM solutions across airline functions, integrating with core systems. • Translate business needs into scalable, secure AI and ML architectures on Azure, AWS, or GCP platforms. • Design and implement architectures leveraging LLMOps, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), prompt chaining, agent frameworks, and vector DBs. • Drive MLOps and DevSecOps practices for AI model development, deployment, and governance. • Collaborate with leaders, product owners, data scientists, and engineers to ensure delivery of robust AI solutions aligned with airline KPIs. • Lead solution reviews and ensure architecture adheres to enterprise standards and security policies. • Prototype and implement reusable AI components and frameworks for cross-business reuse. • Track industry advancements (agentic AI, GenAI, intelligent forecasting) and evaluate their application within the enterprise ecosystem. Good experience developing back-end systems using microservices and event-driven architectures . Experience in High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) for scalable, maintainable, and robust applications. Knowledge of Agentic AI workflows and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems , including architecture patterns, orchestration, and integration with enterprise applications. Develop RESTful APIs and ensure seamless front-end/back-end integration. Develop responsive user interfaces using modern frameworks such as Angular , and technologies like HTML, CSS, Typescript, JavaScript . Support implementation of authentication, authorization, and session management using Keycloak or other Identity & Access Management frameworks. Architect, manage, and optimize SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., MSSQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB ), including schema design and query optimization. Ensure optimal performance, scalability, and security for databases and application stacks. Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues for database and application layers.
