As a technical consultant at STAEDEAN, you will be an integral part of a dedicated team focused on providing exceptional partner enablement and support experience to Dynamics Partners and Customers. Your role will involve serving as the primary contact for customers, analyzing and prioritizing support cases, providing solutions, and collaborating with both customers and internal teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of solutions. You will have the opportunity to work with highly skilled professionals in the industry on Microsoft Dynamics AX and D365FO projects. Your responsibilities will include being the first point of contact for customer service and technical support requests, analyzing and prioritizing support cases, communicating effectively with customers, assisting support teams in technical analysis, designing and developing customizations, collaborating with the development team, maintaining professionalism and empathy across multiple customers, staying updated on Microsoft Dynamics advancements, and contributing to the knowledge base repository. To qualify for this role, you should have a minimum of 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX development, with expertise in X++ and object-oriented development. A degree in Engineering (computers/IT/Electronics) is required, along with a functional understanding of Dynamics AX system functions, knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, proficiency in D365 Technical Fundamentals, and experience with data integrations and ISVs. Familiarity with LCS Functional and Technical aspects, D365O Azure Deployment, ISV Installation & Configuration, and advanced AI frameworks is desirable. In addition to technical skills, excellent communication skills, a strong team player mentality, high customer orientation, and the ability to work with international partners and customers are essential for this role.
