Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

Monitor Product Performance and Initiate Corrective Action and Improvement.
Co-ordination with Technical/QA/MFG for Product Improvements.
Data on Air Springs life performance of Ours and Competitors on a Regular Basis
Evaluate New Products and Trail Products in the Field and interact with Plant for Finalizing the Product before Release.
Market Research on New and Current Products with Customers and Mechanics Surveys and FGD) for Continuous Improvement.
Interaction with OE, QA, Technical for Product Support and Corrective actions.
Training for Field Staff and selected Dealers for Claim Settlement and Review the Performance for Improvement.
Product Tracking in terms of Sales in different regions and Sizes and Initiate Course correction for Product and Price Issues.
Service back up to Marketing Team for Campaign Meets and Sales Promotions.
Voice of Customer to be reported for Corrective Action
Disposal of Warranty Parts from AM & OEMs to Customer Satisfaction
Awareness on IATF & EOHS
