Technical Service Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers regarding flexible packaging and blow moulding materials and applications
• Assist customers during packaging trials, machine setups Mono-layer and Multi-layer machines, and troubleshooting
• Address customer complaints related to mechanical properties, lamination issues, barrier properties, seal strength and other
• Recommend material structures based on customer end-use requirements
• Support new product development and validation trials
• Monitor product performance such as COF, seal integrity, barrier properties, ink adhesion, and bond strength
• Ensure compliance with customer specifications, industry standards, and food safety regulations
• Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, test reports, and customer feedback records
• Coordinate with QA/QC teams for testing and quality improvements

Requiements:

• Strong understanding of flexible packaging machines and materials (PE, PP, Calcium/Sodium/Talc etc.)
• Knowledge of coatings, and laminates
• Problem-solving and analytical skills
• Good communication and customer-handling skills
• Ability to travel to customer sites as required
