Role Description

This full-time, on-site role of Technical Service Executive is based in Mohali district. The individual will be responsible for addressing technical inquiries, resolving customer issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include providing support through various communication channels, managing customer relationships, and identifying opportunities for process improvement. Additional responsibilities involve collaborating with teams and maintaining accurate records of technical resolutions.

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to provide exceptional customer service
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Team management experience and effective organization skills
• Problem-solving aptitude and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and learn technical processes quickly
• Experience in a customer-oriented or technical support role is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree or relevant certification in a related field is preferred

B.Tech, BCA, B.Sc IT, BE, or Polytechnic diploma (after 12th).
