Budget Planning & Achievement: Plan and manage the budget for all products, ensuring successful achievement. Pricing Strategy: Develop and propose periodic price adjustments (increases or decreases) based on market conditions and competitor analysis to maintain competitive advantage. Revenue & Profit Growth: Take ownership of both top-line (sales) and bottom-line (profit) growth, ensuring that company objectives are met or exceeded. Tender Management: Lead tender management activities across various platforms, including IREPS and GeM, ensuring compliance and timely submissions. Should have hands on experience in tender documentation, submission, reverse auction and negotiation Payment Receivables Management: Ensure timely collection of payments from both private and Government customers, maintaining healthy cash flow. Business Planning: Work on business planning, including market analysis, competitive analysis, business potential mapping and future growth initiatives. Legal Coordination: Coordinate with the legal team for the drafting and finalization of NDAs and other customer-related agreements. Responsibilities : Design and develop new product (Metal part & sheet metal components) as per customer inputs and requirements. Arriving dimensions and material specifications to meet the customer requirements and end application. Preparation of 3D modeling & 2D drawing. Design, modeling & drawing of metal parts and suggest improvements. Competitor parts analysis and reverse engineering for metal parts. To analyze and arrive the specifications for metal parts to meet the customer end Applications. Involving supplier development activities and enhance their quality standard. To arrive standard for metal parts development. VA/VE and Yield improvement activities. Interaction with Customer, QA, SCM, MFG for Product Support and Corrective actions. Preparation and document maintenance of DFMEA, APQP and other quality standards. Preparation of BOM from RFQ to Final design. SAP related activities BOM, PR request, Part code creation and other R&D related SAP activities. To demonstrate the processes need for the metal product & to prepare the bought out specification.

Treasury Manager needs to ensure efficient day-to-day treasury operations and be responsible for Cash Management, FX dealing, Cash forecasting, and Treasury Projects The role is responsible for safeguarding best interest of the company and has to ensure appropriate handling of all treasury activities. In addition to this, the role will keep track of developments in the areas of Funding, Banking, regulations of Central Bank, FEMA including the circulars and notifications and ensure timely advice and guidance on their impact to management.
