Job Description

Key Responsibilities: New Business Development & Order Realisation (B2B): Drive the development of new business opportunities and secure order realization across industrial sectors. Customer Segments: Focus on a wide range of customer segments including Defence, Railways, Transmission & Distribution (T&D), Renewable Energy, Valves, Construction and Earthmoving, Textile, Mining, and more. Techno-Commercial Marketing & Sales: Handle the full techno-commercial marketing & Sales process including exploring and receiving RFQs, conducting feasibility analysis, collaborating with cross-functional teams like R&D, costing and manufacturing for quote submission, negotiation, order receipt and completion of FAI Ensure successful product launches. Budget Planning & Achievement: Plan and manage the budget for all products, ensuring successful achievement. Pricing Strategy: Develop and propose periodic price adjustments (increases or decreases) based on market conditions and competitor analysis to maintain competitive advantage. Revenue & Profit Growth: Take ownership of both top-line (sales) and bottom-line (profit) growth, ensuring that company objectives are met or exceeded. Tender Management: Lead tender management activities across various platforms, including IREPS and GeM, ensuring compliance and timely submissions. Should have hands on experience in tender documentation, submission, reverse auction and negotiation Payment Receivables Management: Ensure timely collection of payments from both private and Government customers, maintaining healthy cash flow. Business Planning: Work on business planning, including market analysis, competitive analysis, business potential mapping and future growth initiatives. Legal Coordination: Coordinate with the legal team for the drafting and finalization of NDAs and other customer-related agreements. Customer Relationship Management: Serve as the single point of contact for assigned customer segments, ensuring strong relationships and consistent communication. CRM & ERP Experience: Utilize CRM and ERP systems effectively to track sales, manage customer relations, and streamline internal operations Expo Participation: Plan and execute participation in industry expos, showcasing products and solutions to key stakeholders.
