Mfg. shift in charge (Curing)

• Responsible for production plan execution in tyre curing area.
• Responsible for curing efficiency achievement in shift presswise
• Responsible for ensuring material availability & output tonnage achievement in tyre curing.
• Responsible for operator output monitoring in shift
• Responsible for setup (mould) changes in tyre curing area.
• Responsible for safe working of operators in shift
• Responsible for quality output of operators in shift
• Responsible for highlighting the issues in machines and get it solved by CFT in shift
• Responsible for following systematic procedure involved in mfg & need to implement new system wherever required for enhancement.
• Responsible for 1S2S maintenance in shop floor in tyre curing area.
• Responsible for handling & managing shift manpower
• Responsible for updating shift performance to higher level on time & seek support wherever and whenever needed.
• Responsible for cured tyre scrap, tyre repair process & tyre inward process.
• Responsible for educating and equipping the manpower according to the requirement.
• Languages known must be Tamil, English and Hindi.

• Responsible for production plan execution in preparatory (IL calendar, Bias cutter, Tread extruder) & tyre building area.
• Responsible for curing efficiency achievement in shift press wise
• Responsible for material availability & output tonnage achievement in tyre building.
• Responsible for operator output monitoring in shift
• Responsible for safe working of operators in shift
• Responsible for quality output of operators in shift
• Responsible for highlighting the issues in machines and get it solved by CFT in shift
• Responsible for following systematic procedure involved in mfg & need to implement new system wherever required for enhancement.
• Responsible for 1S2S maintenance in shop floor in tyre building & preparatory area
• Responsible for handling & managing shift manpower
• Responsible for updating shift performance to higher level on time & seek support wherever and whenever needed.
• Responsible for WIP material handling, over aging material monitoring & scrap monitoring.
• Responsible for educating and equipping the manpower according to the requirement.
• Languages known must be Tamil, English and Hindi.
