Manufacturing Manager

Role & responsibilities

1. Pulled through the process problems in the trial production and mass production stages of the project which in his responsible area, ensure the smooth production of the production line and complete the delivery target.

2. Responsible for promoting various improvement activities on the manufacturing site, reducing the manufacturing cost of the workshop, improving the production environment of the workshop, and improving the working efficiency of employees.

3. Familiar with engineering manufacturing technology and engineering control methods, able to solve customers' technical problems and manage quality systematically.

4. Responsible for the management and training of Indian team members, constantly improving the ability of Indian managers and promoting the process of Indian localization.

Job Requirements

1. Education:

Master's degree or above (optional for outstanding candidates)

2. Professional Knowledge and Skills

(i) More than 3 years of manufacturing management experience

(ii) Familiar with module packaging process (COB/AA/TEST), have certain process planning ability

(iii) Speaking Chinese is preferred

3. Quality

(i) Good communication and coordination, teamwork, expression skills and efficient execution

(ii) Analytical judgment ability, problem solving ability, positive and optimistic spirit

(iii) Strong pressure resistance and self-regulation ability

(iv) Minimum handling of 300+ Manpower at a time

(v) Worked in Same company for a period at least 3 years
