We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Machine Maintenance Engineer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for Various maintenance like Breakdown, Preventive, Predictive of CNC Milling, Turning and Grinding machines. Identifying and carrying out Kaizen and Continual Improvement projects. This role requires a strong background CNC machine Maintenance and service, and experience in troubleshooting of electrical and mechanical works related to the machine maintenance. Key Responsibilities: Machine Maintenance in Shift Attending to the breakdown calls and carrying out the planned PM works. Minimising the machine down times and reducing the maintenance and repair cost. Follow ups with service vendors and suppliers for service and spares. Carrying out Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Actions Requirements: Proven experience in CNC machine maintenance activities. Strong knowledge of Electrical and mechanical works. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Effective communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Skills: Experience with Machine controls like Fanuc, Siemens, Mitsubishi. Experience in Ladder Logic reading and modifying as per requirement. Experience in 4th axis and 5th Axis integration with machine controls Experience with hydraulic power packs for fixtures. Preferred Qualification: Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

ASSEMBLING JOB OF MECHANICAL ITEMS BY SPANNER, DRILL MACHINE AND OTHER HAND TOOLS

Role & responsibilities 1. Make relevant prenatal preparations and ensure corresponding process parameters and fixture to make corresponding preparations. 2. Tracked the production line in real time, maintained the on-site production process and made the production line complete normally. 3. Timely deal with on-site abnormal problems and propose temporary improvement measures. 4. Submit to project engineer for analysis and review, if there is any difficulty in analysis. 5. Confirm the defective products of the production line and provide solutions regularly summarize the abnormal history in the process. 6. Make abnormal improvements according to the analysis and tracking results to achieve stable yield and quality improvement. Preferred candidate profile Education degree should be diploma in electronics, optical, mechanical engineer etc. at least; bachelor will be preferred. More than 2 years of working experience in module industry (NPI process, equipment). Have relevant working experience or opinions on process planning, process integration and process value assessment, master PDCA, FMEA, 8D, DMAIC, TRIZ, APQP and other tools and working methods.
