Manufacturing Manager

1)Identify parts from BOM for In house Mfg ,consult and release stage drawing for in House / External Process

2) Budget the OPEX spend for machine shop and monitor the spend with in target levels.

3)Provide inputs to internal department for In House Mfg cost for various machines.

4)Hands on experience in GD&T ,Machining Fixtures and CAM integration with various CNC Machines

5)Plan and Monitor the Machine shop operation ,Improve Operator skill ,parts quality and productivity .

6)Co ordinate with external sourced process for adhering the time lines and implement RENK quality standards.

7)Visit potential customers along with sales for getting more Machined parts RFQ and execute upon customer orders.

8)Plan the Raw Materials ,Spares ,Tooling, Machine capacities and feed the parts to the assembly time line requirements.

9)KPI fixing for machine shop and monitoring it and reporting

10)Ensure workplace safety standards and conduct periodic audits and improve it through quality objectives.
