Diploma Engineer Trainee

Assembly Activities:

• Assist in the mechanical/electrical assembly of components, sub-assemblies, and final products as per standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Read and interpret assembly drawings, diagrams, and work instructions.
• Operate basic hand tools, power tools, and machinery required for assembly tasks.
• Conduct in-process checks to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the workstation (5S implementation).
• Follow safety protocols and report hazards or unsafe conditions immediately.

Service Activities:

• Support the service team in field installations, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance of equipment.
• Handle customer complaints and assist in root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Participate in preventive maintenance and service documentation.
• Travel to customer sites when required (under supervision).
• Prepare service reports and maintain records of servicejobs.

• Basic knowledge of mechanical/electrical systems.
• Familiarity with engineering drawings and tools.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn and take initiative.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a team environment.
• Willingness to travel (for service roles).
