Assembly Activities: Assist in the mechanical/electrical assembly of components, sub-assemblies, and final products as per standard operating procedures (SOPs). Read and interpret assembly drawings, diagrams, and work instructions. Operate basic hand tools, power tools, and machinery required for assembly tasks. Conduct in-process checks to ensure quality and accuracy. Maintain cleanliness and organization at the workstation (5S implementation). Follow safety protocols and report hazards or unsafe conditions immediately. Service Activities: Support the service team in field installations, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance of equipment. Handle customer complaints and assist in root cause analysis and corrective actions. Participate in preventive maintenance and service documentation. Travel to customer sites when required (under supervision). Prepare service reports and maintain records of servicejobs. Basic knowledge of mechanical/electrical systems. Familiarity with engineering drawings and tools. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to learn and take initiative. Ability to work under pressure and in a team environment. Willingness to travel (for service roles).
1. Handle order processing tasks, ensuring accuracy and alignment to all compliance guidelines including import-export regulations. 2. Handle customer purchase order/ contract reconciliation to quote, contract terms and program requirements. 3. Process purchase orders in compliance with our policies and procedures. 4. Pre-staging of large orders as needed. 5. Work with Global teams spanning different time zones. 6. Interact with sales teams, channel partners and numerous internal groups as required to support the order-to-invoice process. 7. ERP compliant order entry and management of orders following internal guidelines. Day-to-day system operations with service level agreement met. 8. Maintain/Update Customer Portals. 9. Identify and strive for continuous improvement including the establishment of global best practices. 10. Remain knowledgeable about order management tools/processes/systems. 11. Publish regular reports to internal/external stakeholders. Gather, review, and organize all documentation related to new orders. 12. Interface with customers to address order related inquiries and provide prompt resolution. 13. Collaborate with sales, supply chain and customer support teams to resolve order issues. 14. Gather, review, and organize all documentation related to new orders, ensure accuracy of transactions to maintain reliability in financial reporting 15. Identify and document process improvement solutions to achieve company objective.
