You will be expected to coordinate with cross-functional teams, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the efficient use of resources. Your duties will involve overseeing all production activities during the shift to meet targets, monitoring equipment, processes, and workforce for optimal efficiency, and ensuring proper handover between shifts with accurate documentation. Additionally, you will be responsible for assigning tasks to team members, ensuring proper manpower utilization, training, guiding, and supervising the workforce to maintain high productivity and compliance, and managing shift rosters, attendance, and leave. Quality assurance will be a key aspect of your role, where you will implement SOPs, conduct regular checks to ensure all products meet quality standards, and report and address any deviations in quality or processes. You will also be required to promote and enforce a culture of safety within the team, ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, report incidents or near misses, and take corrective actions promptly.
