Role Description The Manufacturing Manager will oversee and manage manufacturing operations, ensuring efficiency and high-quality production. This full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru involves production planning, coordinating workflows, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and optimizing operational processes. The role requires collaboration with various teams to ensure effective resource allocation and seamless operations. Qualifications Experience in Production Planning and Manufacturing Operations, Minimum 16 years experience. Strong background in Production Management Proficiency in implementing and maintaining Quality Control measures Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities Strong leadership and team management skills Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field Familiarity with manufacturing systems and processes is preferred
