Role & responsibilities Job Description: Survey and maintain the breakdown of each responsible equipment Solve the abnormal cases occurred in the running process Maintain the responsible equipment according to the maintain schedule Analyze the defective cases occurred in the process and propose the improvement plan Arrange regular skill training to the equipment operating staff Strict control on the manufacture of fixture, improve and optimize The implementation of equipment technology patent and QCC Phased improvement on the production efficiency and quality Make station work plan and supervise the implementation status Implement other work as per the requirements of quality system, environment system, occupation system, HSF system and info. safety system Other task assigned by the leader Control the position info.in safe condition as per company info. safety regulations Qualification Education degree should be diploma at least in CNC, mechatronics, electric automatization, mechanical manufacturing and automation; bachelor will be preferred. At least one year work experience of equipment management in the same industry At least one-year work experience of equipment maintenance in related industry Have basic knowledge and application of electrical engineering, electrical circuit Be familiar with MS, have basic knowledge of English language Good ability of learning, communication, innovation, analysis, judgement and problem-solving Be calm and stable, have sense of responsibility, be proactive in work Perks and benefits Food and Transportation
