Role & responsibilities

1.Plan for training program for new employee to enhance the processes.

2.Prepare training calendar and monitoring resources in performing their daily task

3.Monitor training effectiveness as per format.

4.Prepare weekly Dashboard for the training processes.

5.Maintain the training records and Matrix's.

6.To coordinate with Operations & L&D regarding the smooth flow of the new joiner

Qualification

1. Post Graduation MBA - major in HR

2. Chinese language proficiency is mandatory, and candidates should hold an HSK4 certification

3. Preferred female candidates
