Job Description

"Analyst, HR Reporting & Analytics role:
Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports to support workforce planning, talent management, diversity, and other HR initiatives.
Collaborate with HR business partners and stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver actionable insights using HR data.
Perform data analysis to identify trends and patterns related to employee lifecycle, attrition, engagement, and performance.
Provide ad-hoc reports and analysis to support HR programs and leadership decision-making
Ensure data accuracy and consistency by validating report logic and working closely with HRIS and data engineering teams.
Support compliance and audit requirements by delivering accurate and timely reporting on HR metrics."

Exp: 4 to 6 yrs

Location : Pune
