Manufacturing Manager

We are seeking an experienced and technically strong Manufacturing Manager to manage machining operations, support in-house manufacturing, ensure quality standards, optimize productivity, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in GD&T, machining fixtures, CNC operations, and CAM integration.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify parts from the BOM suitable for in-house manufacturing and coordinate with design teams to release stage drawings for internal or external processes.
  
• Prepare and manage OPEX budgets for the machine shop and ensure spending remains within approved targets.
  
• Provide accurate cost inputs for in-house manufacturing of components for various machines.
  
• Apply strong technical knowledge in GD&T, machining fixtures, and CAM integration across multiple CNC machines.
  
• Plan and monitor machine shop operations, enhance operator skills, and improve part quality and overall productivity.
  
• Coordinate with external vendors and outsourced processes to meet timelines and maintain RENK quality standards.
  
• Collaborate with the sales team to visit potential customers, generate RFQs for machined parts, and support execution of customer orders.
  
• Plan raw materials, spares, tooling, and machine capacities to meet production and assembly timeline requirements.
  
• Define KPIs for machine shop performance, monitor metrics, and prepare regular reports.
  
• Ensure workplace safety by conducting audits and driving improvements based on quality and safety objectives.
