Position : Institutional Sales & Partnerships Manager (Coworking & Workspace Solutions)

Location: Delhi

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Institutional Sales & Partnerships Manager who will be responsible for identifying, acquiring, and managing institutional B2B clients and coworking space partnerships. This role involves building strong business relationships, understanding space and furniture requirements, coordinating project delivery, and ensuring a seamless experience from onboarding to execution.

Key Responsibilities :Institutional Sales (B2B)

  • Identify and acquire large corporate, institutional, and enterprise clients for workspace and furnishing solutions.
  • Conduct market research to identify business opportunities, potential partnerships, and client-specific needs.
  • Present customized proposals and negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements.

Partnership & Business Development

  • Develop long-term partnerships with coworking spaces, commercial property owners, office designers, turnkey interior contractors, architects & consultants, corporate procurement teams, and facility management companies to drive referral and project-based business.

Client & Project Coordination

  • Act as a single point of contact for the client from requirement gathering to final delivery.

Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, repeat business, and referrals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2–6 years experience in B2B/Institutional sales, preferably in coworking, real estate, furniture, or workspace solutions.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Experience in solution-selling or consultative sales approach.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and reporting.

  • Strong market awareness and networking ability.
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Oversee space planning, layouts, and execution timelines to ensure client satisfaction. (will be an additional)

KPIs & Performance Metrics:

  • Monthly order value and order volume achieved.
  • Number of new B2B accounts opened and activated.
  • Partner retention rate and repeat order frequency.
  • Conversion ratio from proposal to confirmed projects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹207,181.58 per year
