Position : Content Creator – Social Media & Brand Engagement

Location: Delhi

• About the Role:
• We are looking for a highly creative, trend-driven Content Creator who can conceptualize, develop, and execute engaging content across major social platforms including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, X (Twitter), and Pinterest.This role focuses on building brand recall, awareness, and engagement, rather than direct product-centric messaging. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of storytelling, digital behavior, and cultural trends, and will play a key role in shaping our brand’s voice and content identity online.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation & Execution
• Plan, script, and create engaging short-form and long-form content tailored to each platform.
• Produce Reels, stories, Shorts, graphics, and video content aligned with brand positioning.
• Create content aimed at strengthening brand recall, relatability, engagement, and audience connection.
• Execute impactful brand awareness campaigns across platforms to increase visibility and reach.
• Content Strategy & Planning
• Develop weekly and monthly content calendars.
• Performance & Optimization
• Track content performance metrics such as reach, engagement, impressions, and audience response.
• Required Skills & Qualifications:
• 1–3 years of experience in social media content creation or digital marketing.
• Proven experience creating content for platforms such as Instagram, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, Twitter, and Pinterest.
• Proficiency in content editing apps & tools (CapCut, InShot, Canva, Adobe Suite — preferred).
• Understanding of social media algorithms, trends , engagement techniques and content performance strategies.

Preferred Attributes:

• Highly creative thinker with a strong understanding of meme culture, pop culture, digital humor, and viral content behavior.
• Comfortable appearing or directing content on camera when required.
• Proactive, adaptable, and open to experimentation in a fast-paced environment.
• A network of editors, meme creators, and micro-influencers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹300,000.00 per year
