Social Media Content Creator

Looking for a hands-on Content Creator & Manager to manage our brand’s account on social platforms end to end. This role is practical and on-ground, not just posting from a laptop. If you enjoy shooting aesthetic photos/videos, editing reels, and building a clean, premium Instagram feed — this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Factory Production shoot photos and videos (mobile or camera)
• Create Instagram Reels, Posts, and Stories aligned with our brand aesthetic
• Edit photos and videos (color correction, transitions, captions, basic motion)
• Write simple, engaging captions and select relevant hashtags.
• Upload and manage posts on Instagram consistently
• Maintain a cohesive visual identity for the page
• Plan basic content ideas and posting schedules
• Coordinate with the team to capture ongoing work, progress shots, and finished spaces
• Run and optimize paid social media campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn Ads)
• Manage influencer collaborations and brand partnerships

Requirements

• Experience in content creation (portfolio or Instagram handle required)
• Comfortable with on-site shooting (this is not a fully remote role)
• Basic to intermediate skills in photo & video editing

(Apps like Lightroom, CapCut, InShot, Premiere Pro, etc. are fine)

• Strong sense of aesthetics, composition, and visual storytelling
• Understanding of Instagram formats (Reels, Stories, Feed)
• Reliable, self-managed, and detail-oriented

Good to Have (Not Mandatory)

• Experience working with food brands.
• Basic knowledge of Instagram growth trends
