Cafe Kitchen Assistant

The Kitchen Staff plays a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the kitchen in a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR). The role involves preparing and cooking food items in line with company standards, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and adhering to food safety and hygiene protocols. The ideal candidate should be a team player, focused on delivering quality service, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Food Preparation & Cooking

• Prepare ingredients for cooking and cooking food items according to menu specifications.
• Ensure food is prepared quickly and efficiently to meet customer demand during peak hours.
• Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation standards.
• Maintain consistency in food quality and taste.

Kitchen Hygiene & Safety:

• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, including all cooking and food storage areas.
• Adhere to strict health and safety standards, including safe food handling and sanitation practices.
• Ensure that all food products are stored properly to avoid contamination.
• Regularly clean kitchen equipment and tools after use, and ensure they are in good working condition.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
