• Create

  reels, short videos, posts, carousels, and stories

  for social media platforms
• Shoot and edit videos using mobile or camera (basic to advanced level)
• Write engaging captions, hooks, and CTAs aligned with brand tone
• Adapt content as per current trends, memes, and platform algorithms

• Brainstorm

  creative concepts and reel ideas

  for brands
• Work with the social media and design team on monthly content calendars
• Suggest content formats that drive engagement and reach

• Coordinate with designers, photographers, and editors when required
• Support influencer collaborations and on-ground shoots (if needed)
• Ensure timely delivery of content as per schedules

• Optimize content for

  Instagram Reels, Stories, Posts, and Shorts

• Understand basic insights like reach, engagement, saves, and shares
• Repurpose content across platforms efficiently

• Strong understanding of

  Instagram & short-form video content

• Good video editing skills (CapCut / InShot / Premiere Pro / VN, etc.)
• Basic graphic sense (Canva / Adobe tools is a plus)
• Creative thinking with attention to detail
• Comfortable with shooting content on mobile
• Awareness of trends, audios, hashtags, and content formats
• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Experience with brand pages or agency work
• On-camera confidence
• Knowledge of influencer marketing
• Understanding of content analytics
