Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Content Creator to join our team in Guwahati. This role is ideal for someone who understands social media beyond just posting—someone who can think strategically, create engaging content, and stay ahead of trends. You will be responsible for building strong digital narratives, increasing brand visibility, and driving audience engagement across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging and original content for social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and others
• Plan, manage, and execute social media content calendars
• Write compelling captions, scripts, and content copies aligned with brand tone and strategy
• Stay updated with social media trends, formats, and platform changes
• Engage with online communities through comments, DMs, and interactions
• Collaborate with designers, strategists, and the marketing team to maintain consistent brand communication
• Track and analyze content performance using social media insights and analytics
• Optimize content strategies based on performance and audience behavior

Requirements

• Strong understanding of social media platforms and content formats
• Excellent writing, storytelling, and creative thinking skills
• Experience with content planning, campaign execution, and brand-led communication
• Basic knowledge of graphic design or multimedia tools is a plus
• Ability to analyze social media insights and make data-driven decisions
• Good organizational, communication, and time-management skills
• Awareness of digital trends, audience psychology, and content consumption patterns
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media Studies, Communication, or a related field
• Prior experience in social media content creation or digital marketing is preferred
